What can you expect?

• You collaborate closely with the CEOs to develop and execute strategic plans, priorities, and initiatives that align with the company's overall objectives
• You serve as a trusted advisor to the CEOs, providing strategic insights, analysis, and recommendations on key business decisions
• You drive cross-functional initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution across teams
• You facilitate effective communication and collaboration across the organization, including coordinating leadership meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring follow-up on action items
• You lead special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEOs, conducting research, analysis, and presenting findings to support decision-making
• You serve as a liaison between the executive team and the senior management team, ensuring alignment on priorities, goals, and initiatives. You define, monitor and analyze key performance metrics and KPIs, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. You act as a champion for the company culture, values, and mission, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. You represent the CEOs and the company in meetings, conferences, and other external engagements as needed

What should you bring along?

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Natural Sciences, or an Engineering discipline (MBA is a plus)
• You have 5+ years of experience in a strategic or leadership role, preferably in a fast-growing technology company or startup environment
• You have previous experience in a Chief of Staff position preferred
• You have a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives, managing complex projects, and delivering results in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
• You possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
• You have excellent communication skills in German and English, including the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. You are analytical with the ability to think strategically, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions. You are highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. You have an entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation, technology, and driving positive change
