**Your Responsibilities**:

- Assistance with execution of external communication campaigns to increase awareness of the MANN+HUMMEL brand as well as the products and innovations of the OE division
- Conception, preparation, implementation and follow-up of external events in an international environment
- Assistance with the execution of virtual events
- Channel
- and target group-specific creation and adaptation of content for the (digital) communication channels of the MANN+HUMMEL Group as well as for the coordination of content creation by external partners
- Definition and measurement of communication success as well as constant optimization of communication measures
- Overview of current topics on digital channels company-wide as well as support in aligning the communication strategy
- Interface with various departments in a global context
- Coordination of external service partners

**Your Profile**:

- Education: Successfully completed studies, preferably in the field of marketing, business administration, communication or media science
- Professional experience: 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in global companies
- Professional Competence:

- Ability to translate technical solutions into commercial concepts, prepare and communicate them in a way that is appropriate for the target group
- Technical understanding as well as product knowledge is an advantage
- Relevant industry knowledge is an advantage
- Experienced in Project Management and MS Office
- Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und mit den MS-Office-Produkten
- Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Personality:
