Your daily workoutYou will respond promptly to inbound inquiries (web, events, referrals, etc.)You will qualify prospects based on fit, needs, and potentialYou will educate leads on how EGYM’s ecosystem drives retention, member experience, and business growthYou will book qualified meetings for Sales ExecutivesYou will maintain accurate records in CRM (Salesforce)You will collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaignsYou will support Salesforce administration and data quality processes to ensure clean, reliable reportingYou will maintain dashboards to track performance and provide insightsYou will act as a liaison between Sales and Marketing to drive improvements, efficiency, and cross-team alignmentYour fitness levelYou have 1+ year experience in a sales or customer-facing role (fitness/tech a plus)You have strong communication and active listening skillsYou are a quick thinker with ability to handle multiple inquiries at onceYou maintain curiosity and a genuine interest in helping fitness operators succeedYou are self-motivated with a team-first attitudeYou have the ability to travel 10-15% of your time, including international travel.The equipment we provideYou will earn an annual salary of $68,000 - $75,000 plus bonus.You will have a competitive benefits package including: health, dental, and vision insurance, 401k with company match, monthly wellness benefit, mobility stipend, 14 paid holidays per year, and PTO (to name a few)You will be a part of an innovative community where you will work with diverse individuals, explore new ways of thinking, and expand your capabilities.
