As Team Lead f/m/d, you will be integral to the development and integration of advanced "smart converter" systems specifically designed for our targeted customer base. This leadership position demands a strong passion for technology and innovation, along with a robust technical background in power electronics. You will guide and inspire a diverse team of engineers, overseeing the R&D efforts responsible for the design, development, and implementation of medium-voltage power electronics converters. Your leadership will ensure that projects are
completed on schedule and within budget while adhering to rigorous quality standards.

Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field; a
- Master's degree is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex projects
- successfully.
- Extensive background in power electronics development, with a focus on medium
- voltage applications.
- In-depth knowledge of converter topologies, control strategies, and simulation tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a critical thinking mindset, suited for fast paced and dynamic environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations pertaining to power electronics and safety protocols
