For the support of our team, we are looking for a

Purchasing Coordinator (f/m/d)

**Purpose/Objective of the Position**

As a Purchasing Coordinator (M/F/d), you will perform purchasing process steps, ensure smooth operations, coordinate manufacturing and our supply chain, and enhance daily workflows.

**Your Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Assist with procurement from external and intercompany suppliers.
- Organize, document, and coordinate purchasing process execution, and advise Group Leaders of any deviations.
- Support Buyers and Group Leaders; conduct annual negotiations with B and C suppliers.
- Aid in challenging Continuous Improvement (CI) projects in our dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Manage item and supplier master data.
- Learn new procedures and purchasing tools at work.
- Assist with goods receiving when necessary.
- Address complaints and support finding great solutions together with our suppliers.
- Facilitate effective interdepartmental communication within your team, with manufacturing teams, and suppliers.
- Perform tasks in other business areas or at reception as needed.
- Adhere to valid work instructions.

**Keys to success**:

- Completed commercial training or similar qualification
- Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Organized and independent work style
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
