We are expanding our team in Mönchengladbach. As an internationally active family office, we have been working for our clients for over 20 years.
We are looking for a Clerk / Commercial Employee (m/f/d), full-time (38 hours per week) or part-time (from 20 to 30 hours per week).

Your tasks:
- timely coordination/provision of documents for our clients' projects
- checking invoices that are issued to our clients as part of the projects
- transmission of accounting documents to external accounting companies of our clients
- communication by telephone, e-mail and letter with and for our client(s) (mainly in English)
- organization and management of client and project files, mainly digital
- support in the area of trademark and patent registration
- general office activities, e.g. procurement of office supplies, IT accessories and similar
Your qualifications:
- completed commercial vocational training
- several years of professional experience in processing, order processing and/or secretarial work
- very good written and spoken English
- Independent, structured and team-oriented working style
- confident handling of common Office applications and the Internet
