Unser Team am Hauptsitz in Mönchengladbach braucht Verstärkung. Seit mehr als 20 Jahren sind wir als Family Office für unsere Mandanten international tätig.
Unsere interne Kommunikationssprache ist überwiegend deutsch, die externe Kommunikation per email und Telefon sowie Dokumente die wir bearbeiten sind jedoch zu 90% englischsprachig.
We are looking for a Clerk / Commercial Employee (m/f/d), full-time (38 hours per week) or part-time (from 20 to 30 hours per week).
Your tasks:
✓ timely coordination/provision of documents for our clients' projects
✓ checking invoices that are issued to our clients as part of the projects
✓ transmission of accounting documents to external accounting companies of our clients
✓ communication by telephone, e-mail and letter with and for our client(s) (mainly in English)
✓ organization and management of client and project files, mainly digital
✓ support in the area of trademark and patent registration
✓ general office activities, e.g. procurement of office supplies, IT accessories and similar
Your qualifications:
✓ completed commercial vocational training
✓ several years of professional experience in processing, order processing and/or secretarial work
✓ very good written and spoken English
✓ Independent, structured and team-oriented working style
✓ confident handling of common Office applications and the Internet
