Als IT Product Owner – Prepaid Services (m/w/d) spielst du eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Neu- und Weiterentwicklung von Produkten und Services in unseren technologischen Plattformen für unsere Endkund:innen. Deine Mission: die fortlaufende Verbesserung und Neuentwicklung von Produkten und Services, indem du die Anforderungen des Business verstehst und in konkrete IT-Umsetzungen übersetzt.

In einem der aktuell spannendsten Transformationsprojekte arbeitest du an innovativen Cross- und Upsell-Features mit. Dein Beitrag wird entscheidend sein, um das Kundenerlebnis zu revolutionieren - dein Know-how und deine Kreativität sind gefragt, um maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zu entwickeln, die unseren Kund:innen echten Mehrwert bieten.

Was dich erwartet

 

  • #IT-Beratung: 360 Grad-Beratung von Fachbereichen bei der Umsetzung von TelCo-Produkten, -Portfolios und -Services von der initialen Beratung über Anforderungsanalyse bis hin zur Softwareentwicklung und Commercial Launch
  • #Prozessautomatisierung: Gewährleistung eines einheitlichen, digitalen Kundenerlebnisses in allen Kundeninteraktionen durch Standardisierung, Automatisierung und Digitalisierung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • #Technology Roadmap: Konzeption und Umsetzung struktureller Änderungen für aktuelle und zukünftige Herausforderungen, einschließlich Roadmap-Erstellung und Management-Entscheidungsvorlagen
  • #Requirements Engineering: Optimierung bestehender Prozesse und Gestaltung der digitalen Transformation durch Identifikation und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen für moderne Softwareentwicklung, insbesondere im Bereich agiles Analyse- und Requirements Engineering
  • #Projektmanagement: Leitung von kleineren und mittleren Projekten und Sicherstellung der Projektrealisierung durch proaktive Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern unter Berücksichtigung von Zeit, Qualität und Budget

 

 

Was du mitbringst

  • Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (oder vergleichbare Ausbildung) in #Wirtschaftsinformatik, #Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im #technischen Produktmanagement mit, vorzugsweise in größeren und agilen IT-Organisationen; Erfahrungen in der Telekommunikations- oder Medienbranche sind von Vorteil
  • Du besitzt Erfahrung in #Requirement Engineering, #agilen Methoden (zB Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Design Thinking) und der Optimierung von #Softwareentwicklungsprozessen sowie in der erfolgreichen Implementierung und Umsetzung von #Veränderungsprozessen
  • Du hast erfolgreich #Veränderungsprozesse und agile Methoden implementiert und umgesetzt
  • Erfahrung mit #Prepaid-Produkten und -Services, Prepaid-Kundenverhalten sowie Prepaid-Marken sind von Vorteil
  • Deine verhandlungssicheren #Deutsch- oder #Englischkenntnisse ergänzen dein Profil und machen dich zu einem Kommunikationstalent
