Einleitung

Eine gute Idee war der Ursprung, ein erfolgreiches Konzept ist das Ergebnis. Und das inzwischen in über 30 Ländern. Ein zukunftsfähiges Konzept ohne Strategie etablieren? Undenkbar. Deshalb beschäftigen wir uns im Team mit der Erarbeitung von internationalen Food-Konzepten für die Lidl-Landesgesellschaften. Im Rahmen von international ausgerichteten Projekten entwickeln wir datenbasierte Food-Konzepte für ein zukunftssicheres Sortiment, das unsere Kunden in über 12.700 Filialen vorfinden.Deine Aufgaben

Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung internationaler Food-Konzepte und trägst zu der strategischen Ausrichtung unseres Sortiments bei, indem du Konzepte aus den Ländern bewertest und konkrete Empfehlungen ableitest.

  • Analyse und Ableitung überzeugender Food-Konzepte auf Basis interner KPIs, Panel-Daten und Trend-Information
  • Etablierung eines skalierbaren Analyseprozesses durch kontinuierliche Standardisierung und Optimierung
  • Visualisierung komplexer Analyseergebnisse inkl. Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Erstellung von Unterlagen für das Top-Management und Vorbereitung von Meetings
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Geschäftsbereichen in der Lidl-Zentrale sowie den Lidl-Landesgesellschaften
    Dein Profil
    • Abgeschlossenes Studium sowie erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Handel, Konsumgüter und/oder im Controlling
    • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Datenaufbereitung und Marktanalysen (z.B. mit Consumer- und Retail-Panel Daten)
    • Starkes analytisches Denkvermögen kombiniert mit guten Präsentationsfähigkeiten
    • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint sowie idealerweise Grundkenntnisse in Power Query oder SQL
    • Fließende Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch
