At the heart of Klang is Seed, a large-scale, persistent virtual world that we believe will redefine the MMO landscape and have a positive impact on our species.

About the positionKlang is looking for a Game Engineer (Mobile Team) (f/m/d) who enjoys a collaborative and creative work environment to join us in one of the most exciting cities on the planetWhat you will do- Port, develop and implement game mechanics, features, and systems using Unity
- Use EvolveUI for building mobile UIs
- Optimize game performance for mobile devices, ensuring a smooth and responsive gaming experience
- Integrate engagement and monetization features [Firebase, Push Notifications, IAP]
- Contribute to the app submission process for Google Play Store and Apple App Store, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines
- Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring a stable and engaging user experience
- Build and maintain great documentation
- You have 3 or more years of in-depth experience with Unity and C# programming
- You have previous experience in developing and releasing games on Android and iOS platforms
- You have a strong understanding of mobile hardware limitations and performance optimization techniques
- You are familiar with mobile UI/UX design principles
- You have experience working in an Agile development environment
- You communicate exceptionally well within an interdisciplinary team in an open and honest environment
- You are confident in your work and care about the quality of what you produce
- You are able to communicate fluently in English
- You are curious and always eager to learn new things- and to teach them back to the team
- Establishing and maintaining mobile build pipelines [Android/iOS]
- Successfully experienced the full life cycle of multiplayer game development, from concept to release
- Experience in working with multiplayer networked games
- A fan of large-scale MMOs, life, ecology or economy simulations
