Aufgaben
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die strategische und operative Führung sowie die Weiterentwicklung des HR-Bereichs
  • Sie steuern die Standardisierung, Optimierung und Digitalisierung der HR-Prozesse, insbes. Personalbeschaffung, Personalbetreuung, Personalverwaltung, Personalentwicklung und Personalabrechnung
  • Sie sind Partner des Führungsteams in allen personellen und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Sie verantworten strategischer HR-Projekte, insbesondere die Implementierung von weiteren SAP SuccessFactors Modulen
  • Sie verantworten die standortübergreifende Steuerung und Koordination der Personalarbeit
  • Sie entwickeln neuer und innovativer HR-Strategien ausgerichtet an der Unternehmensstrategie
  • Sie führen standordübergreifend das Team aus Personalreferenten und Lohnbuchhaltern
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftspsychologie, Pädagogik oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt HR oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung in der Personalwirtschaft.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen mit Führungserfahrung und soliden Kenntnissen im Arbeits- Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im MS – Office, SAP SuccessFactors, DATEV sind wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sie arbeiten gerne gemeinsam mit Menschen, egal ob in Ihrem Team oder gemeinsam mit den Ansprechpartnern in unseren Gesellschaften und Standorten
