  Deine Aufgaben
  • Du behältst den Überblick über den Datendschungel, ob Du Datensätze analysierst oder sie für das Cross-Product-Management erstellst. Dein Wissen nutzt Du, um für unser Business Banking clevere Vertriebsmaßnahmen umzusetzen.
  • Auf Deinen klaren Blick ist Verlass: In komplexen Datensätzen (sowohl strukturierte als auch unstrukturierte Textdaten) identifizierst, analysierst und interpretierst Du Trends oder Muster. Damit ermöglichst Du eine datengesteuerte Strategie für alle Geschäftsbereiche der Bank.
  • Sicher in Präsentation und Moderation stellst Du Deine Analyseergebnisse ING-internen Stakeholdern vor und hast auch konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen parat.
  • Genau wie uns ist Dir die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse wichtig. Die Entwicklung und Umsetzung regelmäßiger standardisierter Berichte und vorgelagerter Skripte für die Datenauswahl und -speicherung ist daher bei Dir in den besten Händen.
  Dein Profil
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketing-Analytik oder Business Intelligence
  • Solide Kenntnisse von Bankprodukten und Finanzdienstleistungen
  • Erfahrung (mit analytischen Aufgaben) in digitalen Ökosystemen im Bankenumfeld
  • Daten-Know-how und analytische Denkweise (SQL, Datenreporting und Statistik; Praxis in Data Science auf Basis von Python ist ein Plus)
  • Versiert im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere mit PowerPoint
  • Proaktive, flexible Teamplayer-Persönlichkeit mit ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch
