Solutions & Process Transformation Consultant (f/m/d) Talent Acquisition

Your primary objective will be to drive an end-to-end people experience - starting with the Talent Acquisition function - across our customer groups. Additionally, you will proactively seek opportunities to enhance the utilization of existing solutions while actively participating in the exciting journey of transforming HR operations for our global customer base.

  • You serve as topic lead for our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team and assigned Service Line to articulate consolidated solutions including processes, services and technology. For example, you work with our Operations and HR IT team to design and implement Talent Acquisition solutions spanning delivery locations and global applications such as Avature, ServiceNow, and Workday.
  • For newly identified countries/scope, you perform a quick scan evaluation of the processes and operations, resolve in-/out-of-scope issues, including identifying local activities, and mitigate transition risks.
  • You find opportunities to increase the use of existing solutions in new markets and customer groups, and you are responsible for the solution from discovery and qualification through contract signing and hand-off to the implementation team, with defined scope, KPI, and Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • You demonstrate functional expertise to develop client confidence in our capabilities and create a compelling and differentiating value proposition, including financial modeling.
  • You deliver proposals and sales presentations, resolve, and negotiate appropriate statements of work and SLAs.
  • You contribute towards cross-Business Line solutions and drive top opportunities identification and development, particularly in the field of innovation and digitalization.
  • You understand the readiness for transitioning HR services to identified centers and locations and develop an easy toolkit, including existing Due Diligence questionnaires, process catalogues, and SOP master, to be used across transitions.
Ready to create your own journey?  
  • You have many years of experience in consulting or solutioning, preferably in a HR technology, shared services, or HR outsourcing environment.
  • You have very good knowledge about Talent Acquisition processes and practices to translate customer requirements into effective solutions.
  • You have experience in process excellence initiatives and industry standards like Six Sigma, Design thinking, and Agile, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence partners at all levels.
  • You have strong coordination and comprehension skills to meaningfully interpret inputs from various teams and build a strong proposal, and strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • You are passionate about developing strong customer partnerships, have strong problem-solving skills, and think creatively to develop innovative solutions.
  • You have a results-oriented mentality with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth and demonstrate consultative selling techniques.
  • Your university degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field and very good English complete your profile.
