Dein Impact:

Als Manager Methodology & Analytics (m/w/d) bist du entscheidend an Transformationsprojekten im Bereich Financial Services beteiligt – und trägst so zum Unternehmenserfolg bei.

  • Hands-on-Einstieg:Du gestaltest und implementierst standardisierte Prüfungsmethoden und entwickelst Data Analytics Tools zur Automatisierung von Prüfungsprozessen.
  • Implementierung: Skalierbarer Lösungen in verschiedenen Teilprüfungsbereichen werden von dir entwickelt und nationale bzw. globale Standards und Richtlinien eingeführt.
  • Analyse:Bestehende Prozesse entwickelst du im Hinblick auf Optimierungs-, Digitalisierungs- bzw. Automatisierungsbedarf weiter.
  • Fachwissen:Dir obliegen die Dokumentation von Best Practices sowie die Durchführung von Schulungsformaten.
Dein Skillset:
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrungin den Bereichen Rechnungslegung, Wirtschaftsprüfung und der Financial Services Industry sowie Führungserfahrung, idealerweise Wirtschaftsprüferexamen
  • Hohe IT- und Datenaffinität, sicherer Umgang mit moderner Audit Software und Datenbanksystemen, idealerweise Kenntnisse in Softwareentwicklung und Datenmodellierung
  • Einschlägige Praxiserfahrungim Bereich Data Analytics / Business Intelligence
  • Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, vorausschauende Arbeitsweise, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Freude an Weiterentwicklung sowie die Fähigkeit, Bestehendes zu hinterfragen und neu zu denken
  • Reisebereitschaft sowie Deutsch und Englischsehr gut in Wort und Schrift
