Senior Associate Massenspektrometrie in Large Molecule Research

- Sie haben Freude an der molekularen Charakterisierung von Biotherapeutika der nächsten Generation mit verschiedenen massenspektrometrischen Methoden (z.B. ntaktmasse, Peptid-Mapping, HDX).
- Sie sind vertraut mit automatisierten Probenvorbereitungsplattformen und haben praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Optimierung von HPLC-, UPLC- und Massenspektrometriemethoden.
- Sie interessieren sich für Daten und digitale Themen und haben Freude am Einsatz von IT-Anwendungen zur Vereinfachung der Datenauswertung und Berichterstattung.
- Frühere Erfahrungen in der Arbeit mit gentherapeutischen Ansätzen (z. B. AAVs) oder Antikörper-Wirkstoff-Konjugaten wären von Vorteil.
- Gute Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift) runden Ihr Profil ab. Ihre Aufgaben:
- Entwicklung und Anwendung massenspektrometrischer Methoden für die Analyse komplexer biopharmazeutischer Moleküle.
- Nutzung automatisierter Probenvorbereitungs-Workflows gekoppelt an schnelle LC-MS-Methoden.
- Unterstützung von interdisziplinären Teams innerhalb der Einheit Molekular Charakterisierung.
- Beitrag zu strukturellen massenspektrometrischen Untersuchungen.
- Enge Interaktion und Zusammenarbeit mit Wissenschaftlern aus den Bereichen Proteinanalytik, Bio-Processing und Data Science in einer funktionsübergreifenden Matrix.
- Die Präsentation von Daten intern und extern sowie Literaturrecherche gehören ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben.
