Customer Success Manager/ Kundenbetreuer HR-Prozesse (m/w/d)

Dein Aufgabengebiet

  • Du arbeitest unmittelbar mit den Account Managern zusammen und übernimmst die Abwicklung von Angebotsprozessen.
  • HubSpot als CRM-Tool ist dein zentrales Arbeitswerkzeug, für das du auch administrativ die fachliche Verantwortung übernimmst.
  • Du bist aktiver Teilnehmer (m/w/d) in internen Projektteams, z. B. zur Organisation von Vertriebskampagnen mit Marketing.
  • Du übernimmst die Klärung von operativen kaufmännischen Fragestellungen in direkter Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden.
  • Du trägst Verantwortung für das Wartungsmanagement (bspw. die fristgerechte Beauftragung jährlicher Softwarepflegegebühren).

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL), Wirtschaftsinformatik o. Ä.) oder eine relevante kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. im Bereich Großhandel / Außenhandel, Industriekauffrau / Industriekaufmann o. Ä.).
  • Du besitzt bereits relevante Berufserfahrung und verfügst über Erfahrung in der Kommunikation mit Kund innen.
  • Du besitzt eine hohe Affinität zu digitalen Themen und hast Spaß am Umgang mit neuen Technologien.
  • Dich zeichnet eine Hands-on-Mentalität mit eigenverantwortlicher, strukturierter und analytischer Arbeitsweise aus.
  • Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowie kundenorientiertes Denken prägen dein Handeln.
  • Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und gutes Englisch.
