About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at ZARA. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a high level of service and that their needs are met.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, including window displays and in-store promotions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data and provide insights to the store manager to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
