  • Lösungs- und kundenorientierte Beratung in Zusammenarbeit mit den
  • Produktbereichen Land, Luft- und Seefracht, mit dem Ziel einer mittel- und
  • langfristigen 3PL Kundenbindung
  • Bearbeitung und Koordination von komplexen Kundenprojekten und Tendern
  • Planen und führen Regelmäßige Kundenspezifischer Meetings (MBR und bei
  • Bedarf QBR)
  • Unterstützung bei der Bereitstellung von Informationen für zentrale Analysen
  • und Auswertungen
  • Verfolgung der Umsatzentwicklung und weiteren vertriebsrelevanten KPIs
  • Leitung der zugeordneten KEEP Projekte in der Area
  • Eintragung und Sicherstellung der Datenqualität in den relevanten Tools
  • (Salescloud, Globecon, Keep Liste, Glassworks…)
  • Unterstützung der Audit-Prozesse des Kunden vor Ort
  • Abschluss der KEEP Projekte im Cluster nach CLDM
  • Kundenkommunikation mit den Area Kunden
  • Durchführen regelmäßiger Kundenmeetings; Teilnahme an MBR
  • Erstellung Account Development Plan basierend auf einer kommerziellen
  • Analyse und Bewertung der Kundenbeziehung
  • Identifizierung von Geschäftspotentialen und potenziellen
  • Zusatzdienstleistungen mit denen der Geschäftsumfang des Bestandskunden
  • erweitert wird. (Solution Sales)
  • Fachliche Betreuung der operativen Einheiten in der Area
  • Begleitung von Programmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung,
  • Qualitätssteigerung und Kostensenkung
  • Förderung einer effizienten Kundenstruktur im Einklang mit den Wachstumsund
  • Nutzenerwartungen und Steuerung in der Area
  • Identifizierung von Geschäftspotentialen und potenziellen
  • Zusatzdienstleistungen, um den Geschäftsumfang der Bestandskunden zu

  • Ausbau und Pflege eines stabilen internen und externen Netzwerks
  • Tendermanagement für KEEP Projekte in der Area nach CLDM
  • Sicherstellung der Einbindung der unterstützenden SME in KEEP Projekten
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen, Angeboten und Verhandlungsdokumenten für
  • KEEP Verträge bis zum Status „ready to sign"
  • Betreuung einer Kundenspezifischen Profit und Lost Analyse auf monatlicher
  • Basis nach Einführung durch PM
  • Regelmäßige Abstimmung und Koordination mit Stakeholdern in der Area
  • Identifizierung von Möglichkeiten zur Erweiterung der Wertschöpfungskette
  • und des Geschäftswachstums in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Senior Customer
