Wir suchen einen Internal Communication Manager (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung der Umsetzung unserer regionalen Pläne für interne Kommunikation und Mitarbeiterengagement in unserer Region Central Europe & International - eine der vier Regionen von Quadient mit ca. 500 Kollegen. Als wichtiges Mitglied unseres globalen IC-Teams bietet sich dir die Gelegenheit, in Zusammenarbeit mit dem oberen und mittleren Management das Engagement der Mitarbeiter zu fördern und unsere Kultur und Werte mit Leben zu erfüllen.

Du berichtest direkt an die Director of Internal Communications der Region und arbeitest größtenteils remote, besuchst aber einmal pro Woche unser Büro in München, um mit Kollegen zusammenzuarbeiten. In dieser Funktion können auch einige internationale Reisen anfallen. Du wirst auch eng mit den regionalen Führungskräften und HR-Teams zusammenarbeiten.

Aufgabeninhalte

  • Kommunikation mit Führungskräften und Management:

  • Beratung von Führungskräften zur Förderung des Mitarbeiterengagements

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit leitenden Angestellten bei der Entwicklung von Inhalten für vierteljährliche Townhalls, Roadshows, Sitzungen mit Führungskräften und Mitarbeitern sowie jährliche Auftaktveranstaltungen

  • Verwaltung der gesamten Organisation und Logistik für Townhalls, Roadshows, etc.

  • Unterstützung der regionalen Umsetzung globaler Initiativen zur Einbindung von Führungskräften

  • Unterstützung des Direktors für Interne Kommunikation, beim Krisen- und Problemmanagement

  • Verwaltung des regionalen Kommunikationskalenders und des Veranstaltungskalenders

  • Entwicklung und Verwaltung von Inhalten für die regionale WeConnect-Website

  • Zusammenarbeit mit HR- und Transformationsleitern bei der Entwicklung von Kommunikationsplänen und -inhalten für Veränderungen

  • Leitung und Anregung des regionalen CSR-Netzwerks, um Teams zusammenzubringen, die lokale Gemeinschaften im Rahmen unserer globalen Initiativen unterstützen

Persönliche Fähigkeiten

  • Erfahrung in einer Matrix- oder globalen Organisation

  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kommunikationsstrategien

  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von persönlichen und virtuellen Veranstaltungen

  • Fähigkeit zur direkten Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften und zum Aufbau von Beziehungen zu Interessengruppen auf allen Ebenen

  • Eine Leidenschaft für CSR
