For our European headquarters in Hamburg-Allermöhe we are looking for you with immediate effect as Technical Purchasing Employee (m/f/d) - specialising in merchandise planning and inventory management.
Product group: oils and care productsYour tasks
- You will be responsible for determining requirements and merchandise planning for technical products
- You will take on a variety of tasks in connection with the procurement of goods and order entry for our central warehouse and our branches
- Monitoring delivery dates, monitoring backlogs and reconciling order confirmations are also part of your area of responsibility
- You will also communicate with suppliers and internal departments alike
- You will work closely with incoming goods and invoice control and will be responsible for checking and maintaining purchasing conditions in the system
- In the medium term, you will assist with product range and pricing as well as preparations for marketing activities on the purchasing side
- You have completed commercial training and have experience in the areas of purchasing and/or procurement
- You have a high affinity for numbers, an independent way of working as well as organizational skills and conscientiousness
- We expect you to be confident with Microsoft Office applications (especially Microsoft Excel)
- Ideally, you already have knowledge of SAP or have worked with comparable ERP systems
- You are also experienced in dealing with suppliers in person and in writing and have a good command of English.
