Unser Kompetenzzentrum in Mechelen beherbergt die kommerzielle Unternehmenszentrale, das F&E-Labor, das technische Zentrum sowie das Group Shared Service Center. Die Zusammenführung der Expertise aus verschiedenen Disziplinen an einem Standort schafft stärkere Synergien, um unseren Kunden innovative Lösungen zu bieten.

    Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir am Standort in Hamm einen Sustainability & Procurement Manager (m/w/d).

    Aufgabengebiet

  • Überwachung der europäischen Nachhaltigkeitslandschaft zur Entwicklung und Umsetzung der unternehmensweiten ESG-Strategie (Environmental - Social - Governance).
Unterstützung der europäischen Organisation in kommerziellen und geschäftlichen Fragen im Zusammenhang mit ESG-Themen.Analyse des Product Carbon Footprint und der Lebenszyklusbewertung von Lieferantenprodukten.Analyse des CO2-Fußabdrucks der Lieferkette.Ansprechpartner für Lieferanten und Kunden zu Nachhaltigkeits- und ESG-Themen.Weiterentwicklung des Sozialverantwortungsrahmens, der ESG-Pläne und -Politiken entsprechend den gesetzlichen Anforderungen, Kundenbedürfnissen und neuen Trends.Verantwortung für die Beschaffung der relevanten Warengruppen durch Anwendung standardisierter Beschaffungsprozesse (RFQs).Entwicklung moderner Beschaffungsstrategien, wie z.B. Multi-Sourcing, Lieferantenentwicklung und Risikomanagement.Aufbau und Pflege eines Netzwerks von Lieferanten zur Erfüllung der Anforderungen der zugewiesenen Kategorien. Dies beinhaltet:Prüfung neuer Lieferantenmöglichkeiten,Durchführung von RFQs,Management von Zertifizierungsprozessen neuer Lieferanten, einschließlich der Einrichtung in internen Systemen,Verwaltung der Vertragsbedingungen,Pflege des bestehenden Lieferantenportfolios,Übernahme der Verantwortung für die Unternehmensbeziehung mit den Lieferanten.Verständnis der relevanten Kategorien hinsichtlich Marktdynamik, Geschäftstreibern und Wettbewerbslandschaft entwickeln.Verantwortung für das Design, die Implementierung und die Durchführung eines Performance-Management-Prozesses (z.B. KPI, SLA) mit den Lieferanten.Verantwortung für das Management der Bestellungen und Lieferantenverträge (einschließlich Preisgestaltung, Problemlösung, Lieferleistung und Vertragsbedingungen).Gewährleistung eines genauen Status der Verträge und der daraus resultierenden Bestellungen.

Together for Sustainability-Initiative), Vorschriften und Standards sowie der Berechnung und Analyse von Treibhausgasemissionen.Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch.
