Join Our Team as a Social Sustainability and Human Rights Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Social Sustainability and Human Rights Manager. As a key member of our sustainability department, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's commitment to human rights and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct risk analysis for our operations in the context of the German Supply Chain Act (Lieferkettensorgfaltspflichtengesetz/LkSG)
  • Prepare and continuously update our effectiveness review
  • Drive group-wide communication for human rights topics
  • Engage with different stakeholder groups on sustainability topics
Requirements:
  • Above-average university degree and first professional experience
  • Demonstrable affinity with and initial knowledge of human rights issues in the energy industry and in global supply chains
  • Familiar with topics related to data analysis
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team-working, communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent business German and English language
