Uno Chef de Partie ha la responsabilità di supervisionare il personale e garantire che la preparazione dei cibi raggiunga alti livelli in modo da offrire un'esperienza eccellente a ospiti e dipendenti, nonché di contribuire al controllo dei costi degli alimenti.



Che cosa farò?

In qualità di Chef de Partie, avrà la responsabilità di supervisionare il personale e garantire che la preparazione dei cibi raggiunga alti livelli in modo da offrire un'esperienza eccellente a ospiti e dipendenti. In qualità di Chef de Partie, dovrà anche contribuire al controllo dei costi degli alimenti. Nello specifico, avrà la responsabilità di eseguire le seguenti mansioni, sempre mantenendo standard ottimali:

  • Garantire che la preparazione di tutti i cibi rispetti gli standard
  • Preparare e presentare cibo di alta qualità
  • Supervisionare il personale
  • Tenere pulite e in ordine tutte le aree di lavoro e assicurarsi che non si verifichino contaminazioni incrociate
  • Preparare tutta la mise-en-place per ogni evento rilevante
  • Contribuire a rispondere positivamente alle domande degli ospiti in modo tempestivo ed efficace
  • Assicurare che le materie prime siano di buona qualità e conservate correttamente
  • Contribuire a controllare i costi, migliorare i margini di profitto lordo e raggiungere altri obiettivi finanziari e di reparto
  • Fornire assistenza agli altri reparti, se necessario, e mantenere buone relazioni di lavoro
  • Supportare lo Chef de cuisine/Sous Chef nella formazione di tutto il personale, rispettando le procedure
  • Segnalare i rischi e i problemi di igiene e manutenzione
  • Rispettare le norme di sicurezza dell'hotel, le norme antincendio e tutte le normative relative a salute, sicurezza sul lavoro e sicurezza alimentare
  • Rispettare l'ambiente

Gli Chef de Partie degli hotel e delle mete di vacanza Hilton sono sempre al lavoro nell'interesse dei nostri ospiti, in collaborazione con gli altri dipendenti. Per ricoprire questo ruolo con successo, un dipendente dovrebbe avere l'atteggiamento, i comportamenti, le competenze e i valori indicati di seguito:

  • NVQ (qualifica professionale del Regno Unito) di livello 3
  • Certificazione di base in igiene alimentare
  • Esperienza come supervisore
  • Atteggiamento positivo
  • Buone capacità comunicative
  • Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione
  • Capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo o all'interno di un team

Per ricoprire questa posizione, le seguenti capacità e punti di forza costituiscono un vantaggio:

  • Precedenti esperienze in cucina in un ruolo simile
  • Qualifica intermedia in igiene alimentare
  • Conoscenza delle tendenze gastronomiche attuali
