About the Position: Serves as Emergency Manager for the US Army Garrison Ansbach. Additionally serves as the Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and High Yield Explosives (CBRNE) Operations Specialist. Responsible for the planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating emergency response and programs on the installation.



Duties
  • Serves as Emergency Manager for the US Army Garrison.
  • Serves as advisor to the Garrison Commander, installation management and tenant unit commanders on emergency response, Chemical/Biological/Radiological and Nuclear operations and emergency management.
  • Oversees the tracking and management of CBRNE equipment as assigned.
  • Coordinate various emergency response programs with local entities and other US Forces Emergency Services Managers.
  • Plan, formulate, and coordinate all matters pertaining to the protection and security of personnel, property and material against all threats to include terrorism.
