• Manage projects for the development and implementation of IT systems (applications, infrastructure, cloud) in Jettainer's air freight and logistics environment
• Drive the customer integrations, strategy, and technology projects
• Ensure worldwide IT application operations
• Optimise and develop the IT application landscape
• Manage the creation of test case specifications and lead the system and acceptance tests
• Conduct & support IT audits
• Offer support for incidents as well as 2nd/3rd-level support

• Required expertise & knowledge through relevant training and professional experience and or a university degree in a related area
• Thorough knowledge of the deployment, use and programming of database products, preferably Microsoft SQL Server; T-SQL.
• Knowledge of the following would be ideal, experience advantageous;
  • Microsoft operating systems
  • software development technologies
  • web technologies and frameworks
  • cloud technologies (MS Azure)
  • BI/reporting/data warehouse
  • Azure DevOps
  • common ITSM & documentation tools (ServiceNow, Confluence)
• Working knowledge of German and English
