Following our expansion in the last years, we intend to widen the spectrum of hired employees and to deepen our recruiting strategies. We will be filling positions dedicated not only to e-Mobility but also to energy storage as well as back office.


For this purpose, we are seeking to find a thriving candidate who would help us grapple with intricacies in recruiting as well as support effective and efficient operations in HR.

You will have a chance to:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
  • Process employees’ queries regarding standard policies, benefits, any certifications, etc., and respond in a timely manner
  • Support recruitment process
  • Conduct new hire orientation and training
  • Plan regular performance review sessions
  • Update employee records with any changes in employment status
  • Act as a liaison between the organization and external benefit providers and vendors
  • Assist with planning and execution of organizational events for employees
  • Monitor invoices and ensure timely payments


Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field
  • Hands-on experience in HR
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Self-motivation and proactive approach to daily job tasks
  • Fluency in both English and German
