Als Process Excellence Manager (m/w/d) für unsere Zuchtstationen spielen Sie eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Förderung von operational excellence and continuous improvement. Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten erstrecken sich über eine breite Palette prozessbezogener Aktivitäten, um Effizienz, Qualität und Nachhaltigkeit in unserer Organisation sicherzustellen.
Diese Position ist vorzugsweise in Einbeck / Berlin oder im Rahmen unseres globalen Stationsnetzwerkes zu besezten und wird in Vollzeit mit einem unbefristeten Vertrag besetzt.

 

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Führen und umsetzen von Lean-Management- und Six-Sigma-Verbesserungsprojekten zur nachhaltigen Steigerung der organisatorischen Leistung.
  • Identifizieren von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten in verschiedenen internen Kundengruppen und Ableiten von Optimierungsmaßnahmen unter Verwendung moderner Prozessverbesserungsansätze.
  • Sicherstellen der Abstimmung mit der gesamten Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprozesslandschaft.
  • Unterstützung bei der aktiven Nutzung des Prozess-Lebenszyklus-Managements von der Analysebeginn über die Kartierung, Leistungsmanagement und Betrieb, Standardisierung, Verbesserung, Automatisierung und Digitalisierung.
  • Entwicklung überzeugender Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) für globale Verwaltungsfunktionen. Gewährleistung eines effektiven Prozessmanagements durch Data-driven Metrics.
  • Implementierung interner Kontrollen zur Risikosteuerung und Sicherung der globalen Geschäftskontinuität innerhalb der Organisation.

 

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreicher Abschluss eines Masterstudiums in Ingenieurwissenschaften, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder verwandten Bereichen.
  • Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in einer operativen oder transaktionalen Funktion.
  • Angewandte Expertise in Lean Management, Six Sigma und Continuous Improvement.
  • Fähigkeit zur eigenständigen Arbeit in einer schnelllebigen, sich ständig verändernden Umgebung.
  • Kompetenz im Umgang mit schwierigen Situationen (nachgewiesene Fähigkeiten im Change- und Konfliktmanagement).
  • Fähigkeit, Verbesserungsprojekte zu leiten und Lean-Management-/Six-Sigma-Initiativen zu unterstützen.
  • LEAN SIX SIGMA-Zertifizierung (Green Belt oder höher).
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung mit Value Stream Mapping und anderen Lean Management/Continuous Improvement-Tools. 
  • Durchführung von Kaizen-Workshops/Veranstaltungen. 
  • Vertrautheit mit Business Process Management und Continuous Improvement unter Verwendung gängiger Methoden. 
  • Berufserfahrung in der Entdeckung, Modellierung und Implementierung von Business Process Management (BPM) und Workflow-Management-Systemen (BPMN 2.0, Signavio). 
  • Fließend in Englisch und einer weiteren Sprache (Deutsch ist von Vorteil). 
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und Detailorientierung in Kombination mit der Fähigkeit, das große Ganze zu sehen. 
  • Strategisches Denken und eine allgemeine Managementperspektive. 
  • Starker Kundenfokus und ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten.
