DEINE ROLLE - DAS WARTET AUF DICH

Als Senior Program Manager (all genders) SAP besetzt du eine der vielseitigsten Positionen mit großem Wachstums- und Gestaltungsspielraum. Neben Themen- und Kundenverantwortung packst du als Fachexpertin oder Fachexperte bei uns auch im operativen Tagesgeschäft mit an.  
Konkret übernimmst du folgende Aufgaben: 

  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung und Steuerung komplexer IT Programme und großer IT Projekte.   
  • Als Teil des Führungsteams bist du Ansprechpartnerin oder Ansprechpartner des Vorstandes und insbesondere in der Lage, verbessernde Maßnahmen in kritischen Projekten aufzuzeigen und durchzusetzen. 
  • Du steuerst souverän Großprojekte, Near- und Offshore-Projekte sowie unternehmensübergreifende Projekte und Programme. 
  • Du identifizierst Risiken in kritischen Projekten und bringst diese durch Gegenmaßnahmen aus der Krise.    
  • Du leitest Vorstudien, Implementierungs- und Rollout-Projekte im Rahmen der digitalen SAP Transformation mit Fokus auf Geschäftsprozesse in SAP S/4HANA. 

DEINE SKILLS - DAS BRINGST DU MIT
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Ausbildung mit relevanter Berufserfahrung 
  • Mindestens 15 Jahre fundierte Praxiserfahrung in komplexen SAP-Implementierungsprojekten  
  • Belastbare Erfahrung in der SAP Projekt-/Programmleitung sowie in der Übernahme kritischer Projekte und deren Weiterführung zum Erfolg 
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse 
  • Projektbedingte Reisebereitschaft
