Proclinical are recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager Oncology (SÜD) to join a pharmaceutical organisation. This role is on a permanent basis and is located in Germany.

Responsibilities:

You will build-up, guide, train and develop a high conducting pharmaceutical sales team of various key account managers.Arrange and execute regional meetings.Outline and execute sales methods and efficiently handle performance across the team to accomplish sales targets and increase market share.Routine analysis of regional market and development of regional methods which involves yearly planning of all actions to secure and further expand the company's market position.Be included in the design and integration of new sales channels.Form a training and development framework for the KAM team, in cooperation with both internal shareholders and external alliance partners.Other duties may be assigned.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Educated to a degree level in a scientific or marketing/business-linked field, though an advanced degree would be more ideal.Familiarity within a pharmaceutical organisation within the field of oncology, ideally in lung cancer.Leadership acquaintance and knowledge in sales force management.Comprehension of healthcare business changers and their impact, as well as of tactical and methodical planning procedures.Customer and sales-focused mindset.A background in successful project management, which includes the arrangement of significant resources and various shareholders.Capable of working within a matrix and multicultural organisation.Numerical and data analysis abilities.Able to resolve issues.Communication skills both verbally and in writing.Deliberation skills with the ability to work well in a team.Wiling to travel for business needs.A hands-on attitude.Fluency in German with knowledge in English.Computer literacy.
