Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Pricing & Commercial Development Franchise suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unsere Unternehmenszentrale am Standort München motivierte und engagierte Pricing Analysten (m/w/d) - idealerweise mit erster Berufserfahrung. DO WHAT YOU LOVE:

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die reibungslose Administration von Produkten und Tarifen und fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Franchisepartnern und unseren internen Pricing Systemen
  • Du leitest die technische Implementierung der Pricing Software bei neuen Partnern und stehst für Rückfragen bereit
  • Du führst Marktanalysen und Wettbewerbsbeobachtungen durch und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen und Handlungsempfehlungen ab
  • Du unterstützt bei der Entwicklung des internen Berichtswesens, führst Adhoc-Analysen durch und erarbeitest ganzheitliche Lösungen zur Automatisierung bestehender Entscheidungsprozesse
  • Du wirkst an der Weiterentwicklung unseres Tarifsystems mit und übernimmst spannende Projekte im Bereich Revenue Management

COME AS YOU ARE:

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, VWL, Tourismus, Wirtschaftsmathematik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder ähnliches und konntest idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Pricing oder als Analyst (m/w/d) sammeln
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Excel-Kenntnisse, SQL-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis, hervorragende analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, eine sehr genaue, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise und arbeitest gerne im Team
  • Du hast Spaß daran Dich fortlaufend mit neuen Themen speziell im Bereich Pricing zu beschäftigen, findest Analysen spannend
  • Kommunikation und Präsentation in der englischen und idealerweise auch deutschen Sprache sind für Dich kein Problem

Dein Arbeitsbereich: 
Das Pricing fokussiert sich auf marktorientiertes und margenoptimierendes Produkt- und Preismanagement für alle Geschäftsbereiche und Kundengruppen, um langfristigen Wert für das Unternehmen zu schaffen. Das Yield Management beschäftigt sich primär mit der Ertragsmaximierung durch nutzen- und preisorientierte Steuerung der Flotte und Nachfrage. Hier werden Fragen, wie Planung der Flottengröße und -zusammensetzung, Vorhersage der Flotte und Nachfrage und Regelung der Ein- und Aussteuerung von Fahrzeugen beantwortet. Außerdem werden gegebenenfalls Nachfrageanpassungen durch Preis- und Verfügbarkeitssteuerungen durchgeführt.
