Description

Publicis Sapient (PS), a global leader in Digital Business Transformation (DBT), is looking for an Account Manager with a first track record of results to join our exceptional client service team Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Aligned to Energy and Commodities you will harness the depth and breadth of PS' portfolio, and the value-add of our extended capabilities through Publicis Groupe, to help the client partner team to identify new opportunities, new buying centers, and innovative ways that help our clients evolve for a more digital-enabled future.

Your Impact:

Actively contribute to the Industry Client Partner team in identifying and opening up project opportunities at existing and new clients.Co-shape proposals and support in the negotiation of agreements focused on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes for PS and its clients.Eventually take over, drive and lead stewardship at smaller clients, acting as their PS leader and ensuring their profitable YoY Growth.Represent good industry knowledge to be able to actively engage with clients in an inspiring and consultative manner.Establish strong relationships at mid to senior client levels to shape broader transformation agendas in collaboration with senior Client Partners.Develop a relationship map for your own clients incl. 3-5-year vision and strategy, and manage tactical executions to sell the full PS portfolio.Manage and ensure delivery expectations and satisfaction by orchestrating relevant delivery stakeholders.Ensure all opportunities are accurately reflected and forecasted in the PS CRM pipelineMaintain a thorough understanding of the PS GTM offerings and solutions, cross-client line of businesses, and industry trends.Demonstrate a high level of performance and results in goal achievement.Manage PS Internal stakeholders and build a dedicated and virtual team of experts.
