Responsibilities:
Data research and maintenance of company information, particularly processing of shareholders, interests, and branches
Verification of data completeness and accuracy, as well as updating
Handling of customer processes via CRM system
Support in standardized workflows
Undertaking general administrative tasks
Requirements:
Completed commercial education and/or university degree
Proficient in MS-Office and databases
Basic knowledge of SQL database language, ideally experience with MS-SQL databases
Flexibility and a structured way of working
Affinity for data, motivation, and enthusiasm for recurring tasks
High resilience, teamwork, and service orientation
Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English advantageous
