DEINE NEUEN HERAUSFORDERUNGEN/ YOUR NEW CHALLENGES

Support with standardized workflows in Customer Service
Taking over general administrative tasks
Implementation of special orders and customer enquiries
Processing customer enquiries in the CRM system Salesforce

DEIN HINTERGRUND/ YOUR BACKGROUND

A completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably with a focus on legal assistants
Initial work experience in the required environment
Affinity for IT tasks
Analytical way of thinking and an effective, careful, and structured working style
Very good verbal and written communication skills
High customer and service orientation
Organizational talent, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
Calm and confident manner
Good MS Office and Internet skills as well as general technical understanding
Fluent written and spoken English
