Als Teil unseres Corporate Services Teams hältst du die Fäden im Hintergrund zusammen und bist von Anfang an in die Gestaltung interner Prozesse eingebunden. Dabei legen wir Wert auf individuelles Coaching auf Augenhöhe, flexible Arbeitszeitgestaltung und Team Spirit.

Du möchtest Accounting auf höchstem Niveau machen? Dann werde Teil unseres Finance Teams und gestalte als (Senior) Financial Accountant (m/w/d) die buchhaltungsbezogenen Prozesse von Senacor. Du stehst internen wie externen Stakeholdern als kompetente Ansprechperson in finanziellen Belangen zur Seite und verantwortest die eigenen P&L- sowie Balance Sheet-Positionen.

Wir haben Büros in Berlin, Bonn, Frankfurt, Hamburg, München, Nürnberg, Wien und Zürich. Aufgrund unserer hybriden Arbeitsmodelle kannst du aber auch von jedem anderen Ort im DACH-Raum arbeiten. Deine Aufgaben

  • Du setzt die höchsten Standards im eigenen Verantwortungsbereich um und gestaltest innerhalb dieses die funktionsübergreifenden End-to-End-Prozesse
  • Im Rahmen des Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlusses stellst du die richtige Bilanzierung sowie Qualität und Verlässlichkeit unserer GuV- und Bilanzkonten sicher
  • Du initiierst und verantwortest Projekte zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Accounting-Prozesse
  • Du wirkst bei den Jahres- und Konzernabschlüssen unserer Konzern-Gesellschaften aktiv mit und bist kompetente Ansprechperson in bilanziellen Fragestellungen
  • Du arbeitest proaktiv an den Schnittstellen zu anderen Unternehmensbereichen mit und trägst maßgeblich zu der Erfüllung der Accounting-Ziele des Konzerns bei Dein Profil
    • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Accounting, Controlling oder Finance, oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
    • Du konntest bereits relevante Berufserfahrung im Accounting oder in der Wirtschaftsprüfung sammeln, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld
    • Du zeigst einen sicheren Umgang mit relevanten nationalen und internationalen Accounting-Standards und bist mit Begeisterung dabei
    • Du überzeugst durch hohe Beratungskompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Auftreten
    • Du bringst sehr gutes analytisches Denken sowie Zahlen-, Methoden- und Prozessverständnis mit Deine Vorteile
