Die ING in Deutschland trifft jeden Tag eine Vielzahl von Entscheidungen basierend auf Daten und Modellen. Dadurch schaffen wir einen echten Mehrwert für unsere Kunden. Gleichzeitig entsteht aber das Risiko von finanziellen Verlusten oder Reputationsschäden, wenn die Modelle nicht ordnungsgemäß funktionieren. Die Einheit Model Risk Management ist dafür verantwortlich, dass alle Modelle der Bank sicher sind und allen regulatorischen Vorgaben entsprechen. Dafür etablieren wir für die ING in Deutschland entsprechende Prozesse / Methoden und validieren als unabhängige Einheit die Modelle der Bank. Du bist neugierig und willst jeden Tag dazulernen? Deine Aufgaben

  • Vom ersten Tag an bist Du ein vollwertiges Teammitglied und unterstützt uns mit Deinen Fähigkeiten bei der Weiterentwicklung des Teams.
  • Dabei lernst Du unter anderem, wie eine Bank Modelle zur Quantifizierung von Risiken nutzt, wie die Qualität eines Modells sichergestellt wird und wie der Modelllebenszyklus funktioniert.
  • Oder warum das Modellrisiko eines der gefährlichsten Risiken überhaupt ist.

Dein Profil

  • Immatrikuliert im Bachelor / Master in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder (Wirtschafts-)Mathematik / Informatik oder im Gap Year zwischen Bachelor- und Master-Studium
  • Idealerweise erste relevante Erfahrungen, z. B. im Risikomanagement einer Bank
  • Spaß an Projektarbeit sowie sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office, insb. Excel
  • Erste Erfahrungen in der Datenanalyse, z. B. mit SAS, R, Python, sind optimal, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Gutes Englisch
  • Verfügbar ab 1. Februar 2024 für 3-6 Monate (bitte gib den genauen Zeitraum inkl. Startdatum im Anschreiben an)
