Ihre Aufgaben
  • Vielseitige Kundenakquise (Telefon, E-Mail u.ä.)
  • Aktiver Verkauf von TASCHEN-Publikationen
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von VIP-Kundenbeziehungen 
  • Ideenfindung zur Entwicklung von Kunden und Umsätzen
  • Hervorragender Kundenservice zur Gewährleistung hoher Kundenzufriedenheit und guter 
    Verkäufe 
  • Erreichen von persönlichen und Team-Verkaufszielen
  • Unterstützung bei TASCHEN-Events und Signierstunden
  • Einsätze bei Messen, Neueröffnungen von Stores u.ä. im In- und Ausland 
  • Präsentation und Pflege des Sortiments
  • Mithilfe bei der Lagerverwaltung, Bestellwesen, Datenbankpflege sowie der Koordination des 
    Wareneingangs und der Warensendungen

Ihr Profil
  • Verkaufserfahrung, gerne im einem Kunst- oder Galerieumfeld 
  • Begeisterung und Motivation für Beratung und den Verkauf unseres Programms
  • Ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache, 
    zusätzliche Sprachen sind ein Plus
  • Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz, Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
  • Freundliches Auftreten und optimistische Haltung
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Organisationsvermögen
  • Interesse an Kunst, Fotografie, Architektur, Design, Popkultur, Reisen und Mode 
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
