Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig Wir fokussieren uns auf die Daten und die Prozesse unserer Kunden und du agierst als Process Mining Specialist (all genders) bei der Implementierung des Cutting Edge IT-Themas Process Mining.

Im Detail übernimmst du dabei folgende Aufgaben:

  • Du berätst unsere Kunden bei der fachlichen und technischen Umsetzung von Process Mining, Task Mining und Intelligent Automation Lösungen.
  • Du leitest Kundenprojekte und Workshops mit dem Fokus auf Themen wie - Datentransformation, Continuous Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, Entwicklung von data-driven Insights.
  • Branchenübergreifender Prozessblickwinkel
  • Du implementierst Process Mining Lösungen - Software Anbindung, Analyse der Eventlogs, Erstellung von aussagekräftigen Dashboards, Ableitung von Optimierungsansätzen.
  • Den Wissenstransfer und -aufbau treibst du beim Kunden und bei adesso voran.
  • Du bringst dich aktiv bei Business Development Aktivitäten und thought Leadership ein. DEINE SKILLS - DAS BRINGST DU MIT
    • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mathematik, Physik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Data Science oder in vergleichbaren Studiengängen mit relevantem Bezug
    • Spaß am analytischen Arbeiten und Analysieren von Prozessen und Daten (branchenübergreifend), erste Erfahrungen in der Prozessberatung sind wünschenswert
    • Erfahrung mit Process Mining Tools (Celonis, Disco, PM4Py)
    • Gute Kenntnisse in SQL und Statistik, idealerweise in Python und R sowie im Umgang mit Frontend-Tools sind hilfreich (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
    • Teamplayer mit sehr guten Kommunikationsskills
    • Entrepreneuriales und agiles Mindset CHANCENGEBER - WAS ADESSO AUSMACHT
