Job Description

As a Junior Real-Time Analyst you are responsible for monitoring and managing the workforce in real-time to ensure optimal service levels. This role involves adjusting schedules, handling unexpected events, and providing support to agents to maintain performance standards. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and adjust real-time performance metrics and schedules.
  • Manage workforce to meet service level agreements.
  • Handle unexpected events to minimize service level impact.
  • Communicate with teams to make necessary staffing adjustments.
  • Provide support and guidance to agents.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) in a customer service environment
  • Knowledge of Salesforce for customer relationship management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with real-time monitoring and workforce management tools.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and other Google Suite tools.
  • Basic knowledge of data analytics.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.

This position requires availability to work from 8:00 to 20:00, in rotating shifts. The role is based in Berlin or Munich and operates in a hybrid mode.
