Main job responsibilities:

Customer service via phone and e-mail for our Italian speaking customers
Advising on product range and product selection
Support with product orders, payments and order tracking
Handle and resolve customer complaints and returns
Additional to these tasks you string tennis rackets

Your skills:

Passionate for Customer Service to achieve a high customer satisfaction and to create customer loyalty
Strong proficiency in Italian and good English language skills
Additional language skills (German, French, Spanish) are a plus
Good computer knowledge and time management
You have high listening and communication skills
You work independently, solution- and service-oriented
Despite hectic periods you keep a cool head
Knowledge of Tennis and/or Running products are an advantage
Please note that this position is not suitable for remote working and can only be conducted from our office in Schutterwald.
