Your role

  • You drive the performance of BU through continuous insight & challenge: you understand financial performance, driving and tracking actions to deliver our big priorities and key targets. This includes deep dive analysis into commercial performance issues and communicating with relevant business functions on timetables & requirements
  • You deliver regular standard reports and ad-hoc reports, governing report change requests accordingly
  • You check and control that the data is correct in the reporting, on entity level, regional level, and global level
  • You create a clear and coherent story of performance and actions for use within the business unit and at a group level
  • You champion system & process awareness within the Finance department, but also within the Commercial & Supply Chain functions
  • You advise the sales and pricing team with margin analysis
  • You support monthly -, quarterly - and annual closing and lead commercial budget and forecast preparation
  • You conduct transfer price calculations based on existing guideline, make sure intercompany pricing is set up accordingly, and support the tax team in preparation of transfer pricing documentation
  • You join/ lead special projects with focus on working with cross functional teams

Your Profile

  • Excellent user knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Access), Power BI and finance/controlling applications under SAP (ideally S/4HANA). Hands on experience of planning systems (e.g. HFM, BPC…) and SQL would be a plus.
  • 1-5 years of experience in a financial planning and analysis position or finance business partner position
  • Bachelor degree in finance/ economics/ accounting, or MBA, or similar education
  • Fast learner, open-minded and flexible, working independently with hands-on mentality
  • Multi-site and international experience
  • Ideally broad financial experience in controlling, cost accounting, costing/pricing and corresponding financial processes. Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes
  • Strong business & financial awareness, understanding levers to drive revenue & profit as well as strong analytical skills and an ability to distil key messages and make recommendations from complex data and source
  • Excellent English skills
