Sales Representative

Our client is looking to hire Sales Representatives to join their growing team based in Mönchengladbach, Germany (Hybrid).

The role:

• Advise customers and propose the best solution in the spirit of long-term relations.
• Provide close support to top Europe customers with the aim of achieving good customer retention and a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Support critical complaints from our top customers and initiate improvement projects.
• Look after Incoming orders, turnover, and standard gross margin for all products sold domestically and internationally to the Key Account Customers assigned

Job Requirements/Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English
• Ideally, you have a scientific or technical degree
• High level of self-organization and initiative, strong communication skills
• Good conceptual and organizational skills 
• Good negotiation and influencing skills in German and English

Compensation

• Base Salary Depending on your expectations and experience (Negotiable)
