Dein Weg zur Führungskraft:
- Jahr 1: Tauche in die Rolle eines Projektingenieurs ein, baue technisches Fachwissen auf und tauche in die Welt von Mars und unseren ikonischen Marken ein.
- Jahr 2: Erkunde verschiedene Kulturen und verfeinere deinen Führungsstil, während du im Ausland arbeitest, unterstützt von Mars sowohl persönlich als auch beruflich.
- Jahr 3: Übernehme die Verantwortung, während du dein eigenes Team leitest, das Wissen aus den vorherigen anwendest, um Mitarbeiter zu entwickeln und eine zukünftige Karriere innerhalb von Mars aufzubauen.
Was wir von dir erwarten:
- Master-Abschluss in Chemieingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik oder Maschinenbau, Abschluss im Jahr 2023 oder 2024.
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
- Leidenschaft für Engineering und Führung
- Annahme von Herausforderungen, Verlassen der Komfortzone und Hinterfragen des Status quo für Effizienz
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Management einer Gruppe oder eines Projekts, entweder während deines Studiums oder aus einem früheren Praktikum oder einer früheren Rolle
- Flexibilität und Offenheit für mindestens ein Jahr Arbeit im Ausland (in Europa), mit dem Recht, in Deutschland im 1. und 3. Jahr zu arbeiten
