Aufgabengebiet
Sie unterstützen die Einkaufsleitung bei der Führung und Entwicklung des TeamsSie entwickeln und implementieren effiziente Beschaffungs- und Verhandlungsstrategien für die relevanten Materialien und DienstleistungenSie analysieren die Beschaffungskosten und führen Kostensenkungsmaßnahmen ein, optimieren die Einkaufsprozesse zur Steigerung der WertschöpfungSie holen Angebote gemäß festgelegten Qualitätskriterien und Unternehmensstandards ein und führen Benchmarking durch; zudem wickeln Sie Bestellungen ab und schließen Verträge abSie betreuen und entwickeln strategische Lieferantenpartnerschaften, bündeln Einkaufsvolumina und optimieren BezugsquellenDarüber hinaus fungieren Sie als Schnittstelle zwischen Fachabteilungen und Lieferanten und klären UnstimmigkeitenSie beobachten den aktuellen Markt, passen die Einkaufsstrategien proaktiv an und minimieren die Beschaffungsrisiken
Anforderungsprofil
Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit, alternativ vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechenden FortbildungenSie haben mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf von indirekten Materialien und Dienstleistungen, idealerweise in der Automobilzuliefer- oder vergleichbaren IndustrieSie haben umfassende Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Einkaufsstrategien sowie in der Verhandlung mit Lieferanten erworbenSie haben hervorragende Projektmanagement- und Führungsqualitäten; dies umfasst die Fähigkeit, komplexe Projekte erfolgreich zu planen und zu leiten sowie ein Team zu motivieren und zu führenSie zeichnen sich durch hohe Motivation, Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit zum eigenverantwortlichen Arbeiten aus.
