Ihre Aufgabe

  • Umsetzung von Standards und Dokumentation
  • Verwaltung des Umsetzungs-Fahrplans über Regionen/Cluster
  • Budgeterstellung und -überwachung für den Verantwortungsbereich
  • Definition und Umsetzung von Synergie- und Verbesserungsinitiativen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Prozessüberprüfungen und Audits
  • Unterstützung von Standorten bei der Stabilisierung oder Mobilisierung von Supply Chains
  • Management von S&OP und MPS (Manufacturing Sites)
  • Unterstützung von Projekten bei der Erreichung von QCD-Verpflichtungen
  • Vertretung der Supply Chain im Standortmanagement-/Projektausschuss
  • Management von Prozessen und Aktivitäten in den Bereichen Industrieplanung, Projekt-Supply Chain, Materialplanung, Lieferantenleistung und Logistik
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Supply Chain Management, Logistik, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain Management, idealerweise in einem globalen Produktionsumfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Budgetplanung und -überwachung sowie im Projektmanagement
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Prozesse zu analysieren, zu optimieren und zu implementieren
  • Kenntnisse in den Bereichen S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) und MPS (Master Production Scheduling)
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen, je nach den Anforderungen des Standorts und der Projekte
