Key Responsibilities
- Develop concepts, strategies, and implementation plans along the entire value chain with an industry focus on manufacturing (automotive, mechanical and plant engineering, electronics, high-tech, and medical technology) for national and international customers.
- Accompany the digital transformation by identifying strategic options for action and preparing analyses regarding strategic fit and optimization potentials.
- Depending on experience, take on partial project management tasks.
- Support the acquisition, development, and expansion of the business unit.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a recognized management consultancy, including experience within the manufacturing sector (automotive, mechanical and plant engineering, electronics, high-tech, and medical technology), ideally with initial (partial) project management responsibility.
- Extensive project experience in supply chain management, digitalization, performance management, or organizational design.
- High affinity for digital topics and technologies.
- Outspoken team player with high customer orientation and structured, goal-oriented work approach.
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, creativity, and very good communication and presentation skills in German and English.
- Excellent degree (Master, PhD, MBA) in business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering with focus on supply chain management.
- Willingness to travel for customer assignments.
