Position: Project Assistant Intern (m/f/x)
Customer: DHL Supply Chain
Contract Type: Internship (6-12 months, preferably 12 months)
Start Date: July 1st, 2024

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Assistant internship within our team. We are looking for a dynamic and creative intern with excellent organizational and strong communication skills who can provide support to our HR Knowledge & Engagement Specialist and the Strategy & Performance team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and multi-task while maintaining complex schedules. The key responsibilities include:

  • Providing project support and coordination as required
  • Creating and managing content for virtual presentations and videos.
  • Planning and coordinating events and meetings, both virtually and in person.
  • Creating and editing videos, images, infographics to support communication campaigns.
  • Providing general administrative support.
  • Communicating and collaborating with key stakeholders throughout projects.
  • Supporting community activities as required (monitoring/following up).
  • SharePoint site administration.

What do we need from you?

Eligibility:

The local internship program in Germany is a product of the group itself, run with a huge support from the Local HR. The main eligibility criteria for this internship is to be actively enrolled to university studies throughout the whole duration of the internship. You will need to provide documentation such as your ID, student visa and enrolment certificate to confirm your eligibility for the internship.

Skills and experience:

  • Digital marketing/social media management experience (video editing skills, graphics and design)
  • Experience or knowledge of project management, human resources processes and internal communication practices
  • Understanding of human resources processes.
  • Knowledge of internal communication practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Planner, Sharepoint).
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Detailed-oriented approach.
  • Creativity and innovative thinking to be applied when problem solving.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
