- Pflege von Netzwerken/ Kooperationen mit Anwendungspartnern und Leuchtturmkunden
- Screening des Markt(sub-)segments im Hinblick auf Anwendungstrends und neue Kundenanforderungen Unterstützung der MRD-Entwicklung durch Anforderungsspezifikation aus Anwendungsperspektive (Job-tobe-done-Methode) Unterstützung und Förderung der Produktentwicklung durch Spezifikation segmentspezifischer Anwendungsfälle und deren Verifizierung, u. a. im Rahmen von Beta-Tests Ausbildung des Vertriebs über verschiedene Methoden zu (sub-)segmentspezifischen Zielanwendungen und Workflows Erarbeitung von Anwendungsunterlagen für die Produktpositionierung und Erstellung von segmentspezifischen Anwendungsinhalten für Vertriebs- und Marketingmaterialien Erbringung von Level-4-Supportleistungen im Vertriebs- und strategischen Kundensupport. Schulung des Vertriebs und der Demolabs (zu den bekanntesten Einsatzmethoden des Instrumentes im entsprechenden Segment und zu den Best Practices) Erstellen von Berichten über Anwendungstrends; Job-to-be-done-Beschreibungen und Anwendungsfälle für MRD und Beta-Tests
