Efficient management and optimisation of the Proximity Coordinator process (coordination of the transfer of duties for transnational teams)
Holistic planning and implementation of sub-projects: Structure plan creation, performance monitoring, scheduling, phase reviews, steering, comprehensive reporting and risk and opportunity management
Active communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration
Organising internal training courses, information events and workshops for the team
Supporting change management in the successful introduction of new processes and toolsRequirements
Completed studies in industrial engineering or business administration
Several years of experience in process planning and improvement
Initial knowledge of change management, project management, risk management and requirements and process analysis
User knowledge of Google Workspace and database skills
Business fluent in German and English
Existing work permit for the EUServices
