Manager New Business (m/f/d) Description & Requirements

YOUR TASKS

  • You are responsible for the strategic expansion of the multi-partner bonus program and for securing long-term and profitable business relationships
  • You acquire new retail and multichannel partners to expand the PAYBACK partner portfolio
  • You build successful relationships with your business contacts at the department management and executive level and act as the reliable point of contact throughout the entire acquisition project
  • You confidently manage the sales process from initial contact, through business case creation and presentations, as well as contract negotiations, to the handover to partner management
  • In the course of the acquisition process, you independently organize input from internal departments (e.g., marketing, legal, and IT); organize and lead workshops with your interfaces and potential partners
  • Researching and analyzing the market and its players, as well as networking, are the foundation of your acquisition projects (i.e., no cold calls)
  • Professional appearance and the optimization of quality and processes are a matter of course for you

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have several years of sales or account management experience with proven sales successes
  • You have professional experience in retail or e-commerce, or in consulting or sales of complex services or related areas
  • You take responsibility for your projects, are precise, and enjoy working in a team and with potential customers - perseverance and goal orientation are your strengths
  • You are motivated to expand the German market with new PAYBACK partners and to significantly shape PAYBACK's development
  • You are communicative, result-oriented, and assertive with a high standard of quality
  • You have excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written
