Was erwartet dich?
  • Du überwachst strategische Geschäftsinitiativen von der Entwicklung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung unter der Leitung des Gründungsteams
  • Du agierst als Fachexperte, bearbeitest Anfragen, entwickelst Aktionspläne zur Bewältigung und wirkst aktiv an der Erstellung sowie Verbreitung von Kommunikationsmaterial mit
  • Du unterstützt und kommunizierst mit Führungskräften bei Entscheidungsfindung, Programmmanagement und Initiativeumsetzung
  • Du dienst als Bindeglied zwischen Mitarbeitenden, Führungskräften, leitenden Angestellten und Gründern hinsichtlich Projektupdates, Vorschlägen und Planung
  • Du verbesserst aktuelle Prozesse und koordinierst organisatorische Abläufe zur Optimierung von Effizienz und Produktivität
Was solltest du mitbringen?
  • Du hast mehr als 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer führenden Position in einem dynamischen Umfeld mit starkem Wachstum oder bei einem dynamischen Beratungsunternehmen
  • Du verfügst über einen Masterabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft oder einem ähnlichen Fachbereich
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in der Organisation und Leitung mehrerer Teams und Abteilungen mit und verfügst über starke analytische Fähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, fundierte Projektberichte zu erstellen
  • Dich zeichnen hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in schriftlicher und mündlicher Form aus und du bist äußerst vielseitig und engagiert für eine effiziente Produktivität
  • Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit Datenanalyse und kannst nachweislich Erfolge in der Koordination von Projekten vorweisen
  • Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
